IBJ's JusticeMakers Competition invites applicants to avail themselves of an opportunity to win seed grants of $5000. IBJ seeks committed and spirited members of the legal community across the globe to submit their innovative ideas for projects directed towards ending torture as an investigative tool. We seek to support defenders who submit proposals to run an annual project focusing on implementation of due process rights.
The JusticeMakers Competition is a unique opportunity for grass root defenders to pursue the cause of ending torture in police custody, while giving them global exposure and coverage. The rigourous and selective judging process makes this an especially prestigious competition. The winners of this award are internationally recognized and will have the distinction of being affiliates of IBJ.
If you are interested in participating, we encourage you to submit your application. To participate please visit our website http://justicemakers.ibj.org/ and complete the application form. If not, please support us and help spread the word by sharing this with people you feel would be interested.
We are extremly excited to have candidates from YOUR COUNTRY and for them to be a part of our JusticeMakers Community. Please help us reach out to your country fellows to assist us in our mission.
