Criminal Justice Scorecards

The scorecards on this web page are designed to aid in assessing a country’s criminal justice system as well as assessing the ability and training of individual public defenders/criminal defense lawyers/criminal legal aid lawyers inside the country. These cards give a check list of the basic elements of a criminal justice system and a criminal defense. The scorecards are to be adapted to each country’s unique atmosphere and criminal justice system, especially practical functioning of the system.
